KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage physical and electronic filing systems and ensure proper document control.
Retrieve documents requested by management, auditors, customers, or regulators.
Respond to document verification requests promptly and accurately.
Maintain shipping, customs, and operational records, including Bills of Lading, manifests, permits, and delivery documents.
Support records digitization, archiving, retrieval, and document version control.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
Support audits and promote best practices in records management.
Develop records management procedures and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Records Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 - 3 years' experience in records management, administration, or document control.
Knowledge of shipping and logistics documentation will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
