We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels.
Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
Extend offers and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategies and workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (full-cycle recruitment).
Proven experience filling roles independently and managing multiple requisitions.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
