What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for exciting IT roles — from software developers and data scientists to cybersecurity specialists and cloud architects:
Source & attract top IT talent through creative strategies, LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and referrals — including passive candidates who aren't actively job hunting.
Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical needs and craft compelling job opportunities.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and manage offers with confidence and care.
Build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Share market insights on skills demand, salary trends, and recruitment best practice in the South African IT sector.
Maintain accurate records, deliver recruitment metrics, and ensure full compliance with South African labour laws (including Employment Equity and POPIA).
