The Role
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including:
Working with an existing technical client base
Developing new client relationships and securing job specifications
Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients
Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
Presenting candidates to clients
Managing interview processes
Negotiating offers and closing placements

We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys building relationships with both clients and candidates
Has the ability to sell recruitment services and develop new business
Can read people well
Is confident negotiating and closing deals
Is organised, proactive and commercially driven
Salary: R 25000 - R 100000 Monthly Commission Only (Negotiable)
