Responsibilities
Carry out the recruitment process to meet the manpower requirements as per the existing approved manpower matrix.
Recruitment of lower level worker up to MST level for expatsoperations.
Address gap areas in confirmation in coordination with the line managers
Fill the gap within TAT of 30 days.
Complete joining formalities of the new joiners.
Create talent pipeline to meet future manpower needs
Undertake entire activities of on boarding
Responsible for tracking the attendance of the employees
Prepare and maintain the absenteeism tracker in excel
Ensure full and final settlement of the employees within 3 days of resignation
Ensure completion of paper work and various other formalities required such as clearance form, exit formalities etc.
Able to develop working understanding with key stakeholders and deliver as per the line of expectation
