The Global Recruitment Intern will be a member of our Global Recruitment Team. You will support the Operations sub-team. You will report to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, and you will also collaboratively work with others on the global team.

Responsibilities


You will complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors.
You will oversee the candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates, and enjoy winning in the details.
You will manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
Project/Process Improvements: In collaboration with your manager, you will support change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems, utilizing data to achieve results.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:


A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study


Nice to have:


6 months to 1 year of recruitment or relevant HR experience
Experience using applicant tracking systems e.g., greenhouse is desirable but not compulsory
Basic data analysis skills - you can pick out patterns
An ability to maintain Excel or Google Sheets/trackers
Collaboration experience with different stakeholders
Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail.
Proficiency in English
