Job Summary


As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the team, and tracking metrics.
He/ She will implement sourcing methods, advise on interviewing techniques, and build professional networks. Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities


Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.
Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
Recommend ways to improve employer brand.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Other duties as directed.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in human resources or any other related field.
Prior experience of three or more years in the recruitment field.
Excellent communication, time-management and interpersonal skills.
Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
Familiarity with professional networks.
Strong decision-making skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of local laws and regulations.
A problem solver with a curious mindset and quick decision-making ability.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, resource and time-constrained environment.
Excel in a confidential work environment.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
