The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates in line with organizational manpower requirements. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection
Prepare job postings, offer letters, and recruitment documentation
Ensure compliance with HR policies
Maintain recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 4 years' recruitment experience in Nigeria
Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
CIPM certification or progress toward it is an advantage
