Job Summary
OPPO Nigeria is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and on-boarding top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Partner with departments to understand hiring needs
Support offer processes and on-boarding
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HR tools
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in high-volume recruitment
Familiarity with ATS
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
