Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
Review approved manpower requisitions and confirm recruitment requirements with hiring managers.
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, professional networks, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers.
Prepare interview documentation and recruitment recommendations.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
Manage the offer process and communicate employment offers to successful candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and candidate profiles.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and recruitment timelines.
Follow up with hiring managers for timely interview feedback and recruitment decisions.
Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.
Build and maintain talent pools for critical, specialised, and recurring positions.
Ensure recruitment activities are properly documented and aligned with approved HR processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Ensure all approved vacancies are properly monitored from requisition to closure.
Ensure recruitment documentation is complete before onboarding.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation for successful candidates.
Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure new hires are adequately prepared for resumption.
Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage.
3 - 5 years of relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including technical, commercial, professional, and managerial positions.
Experience in high-volume recruitment or recruitment within a fast-paced organization is an advantage.
