We are looking for a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can manage full-cycle hiring processes and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and networking
Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and managing feedback loops
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintaining accurate candidate records using ATS/CRM systems
Building and sustaining strong talent pipelines
Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience within a recruitment or HR consulting firm (added advantage)
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A high level of professionalism and a strong client-first mindset
