Refrigerator Technician at JMG

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigerator Technician to join our technical services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems and appliances. This role is critical to ensuring efficient cooling performance, equipment reliability, and prompt resolution of faults in both commercial and domestic refrigeration units.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Install and commission refrigerators and cooling systems
Perform routine maintenance and servicing
• Diagnose and repair mechanical & electrical faults
Replace defective parts (compressors, motors, thermostats)
Ensure proper gas charging and leak checks
Maintain service reports and job records
Ensure safety and compliance standards


Requirements:


OND/HND/Diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
2-5 years hands-on experience in refrigeration systems
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
