Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven Sales Executives to drive commercial advertising revenue across our Radio and TV platforms within the Direct Business portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering impactful advertising solutions that meet client objectives and drive revenue growth in the above regions.
Their key responsibilities include:
Business Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow advertising revenue in the above regions.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target sectors, and client needs
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in their respective region.
Understand client objectives and recommend effective advertising solutions
Develop customized, insight-led campaigns aligned to client goals and budgets
Monitor campaign performance and respond promptly to client feedback
Revenue Growth
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across platforms
Maximize revenue from both new and existing accounts
Collaboration
Work closely with creative, media planning, and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
Stay up to date with advertising trends, media innovations, and emerging technologies
Regional Expertise
Must be based in the region of application
Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market, economy, and consumer behavior
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in advertising sales, preferably in Radio and TV
Proven track record in direct business development and revenue generation
Strong understanding of media planning and digital marketing
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-driven, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
