Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive regional sales strategy and execution
Expand dealer/distribution network and strengthen market presence
Achieve revenue and volume targets across product lines
Build and manage high-performing sales teams
Identify new market opportunities and ensure sustainable growth
Eligibility Criteria
Proven experience in automotive sales (2W / 3W / Tyres / Lubricants / Spares)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Fluency in English is a MUST
Nigeria / Africa experience will be given preference.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
