Regional Product Manager SRD at Epiroc

As Regional Product Manager for SRD, you will shape and drive the SRD market strategy across Southern Africa (Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique), ensuring strong performance in growth, sales, volume, market share, and profitability.
Acting as the key technical link and custodian between Product Companies for all Surface Division Capital Equipment, you will play a critical role in enabling market success and delivering value through expert support and collaboration.

Your Mission:
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental responsibility, and compliance with company policies and values.
Lead by example in fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment aligned to company standards, KPIs, and sustainability goals.
Develop and execute regional market and territory strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and customer expansion.
Strengthen customer relationships and improve satisfaction while supporting effective use of CRM systems to manage opportunities.
Support the implementation of new products, technologies, and continuous product improvements across the Surface Division.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product development and technology integration aligned to customer needs.
Provide technical product expertise and support to sales teams and customers to ensure successful application of Surface equipment.
Coordinate with Product Companies on forecasting, specifications, and product availability to support delivery and inventory planning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and workshop teams to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.
Your Profile:
Relevant technical qualification in Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
Proven experience in surface mining equipment or capital equipment product support.
Demonstrated experience in product management, technical support, or sales support within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
Strong commercial and market awareness, with the ability to support growth and customer engagement strategies.
Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets is advantageous.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally to support customers and operations.
