Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region.
Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.
Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements.
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience.
Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable preferred.
Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in English and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Power BI is a plus.
