Role Summary
The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for driving aggressive regional revenue growth, retail expansion, and brand visibility within the assigned region.
This role owns regional sales targets through stockist acquisition, retail development, trade activations, corporate sales, and continuous market intelligence.
As the primary commercial representative in the region, the RSC ensures strict execution of sales strategies and alignment with national revenue objectives, contributing directly to the ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ10B growth mandate.
This role includes a fixed salary and a performance-based commission structure tied directly to regional sales performance and business growth outcomes.

Requirements
BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5 - 7 years relevant experience in sales, business development, or regional trade management.
Proven track record of consistently achieving multi-million-naira sales targets in FMCG, beauty, skincare, retail, or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of regional retail and distribution ecosystems.
High level of mobility and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Proficiency in basic reporting tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication.
Performance-driven with a strong focus on results and target achievement.
Confident communicator capable of building trust with clients from boutique retailers to corporate buyers
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in field operations.
Demonstrated integrity and accountability in client engagement, reporting, and financial Dealings
Remuneration Package
Fixed Monthly Salary N200,000 net per month, subject to periodic review based on performance and career progression.
Variable Pay (Performance Commission) Variable pay is tied directly to monthly sales performance.
