Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Finance or Business-related course.
Five years' experience as a Sales Person.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Pro-active and good market knowledge.
Team player with ability to multitask
Good negotiation, persuasive & customer service skills.
Ability to manage time and work independently & part of a team.
Responsibilities:
To achieve weekly company set targets (Turnover & Volume).
To ensure progressive development of business in designated territory.
To maintain a good working relationship with customers within the designated territory.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends & competitor activities.
To constantly present shoes samples to all customers within the designated territory.
To assist local, wholesalers and ensure efficient stock management by initiating regular stock taking, transfers and conduct promotional actions to boost business.
Increase product penetration through strategic market coverage & routine planning.
Enforce credit control policies and monitor dealer account reconciliation.
Generate and analyze sales reports for internal stakeholders.
Follow up all orders to the DC to ensure timely processing for delivery to customers.
Ensure compliance with company's sales processes, pricing & operational standards.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
