Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare professionals, corporates, and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Science-related field preferred)
MBA is an added advantage
Minimum 7 years of sales management experience
Demonstrated success in exceeding business targets
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, medical devices, or related sectors is highly desirable
