Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion across the Eastern region for FMCG products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and leading the regional sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
Manage and develop distributor and customer relationships across the Eastern region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Develop and execute sales and market penetration strategies.
Ensure effective product availability and visibility within assigned territories.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Conduct regular market visits and support distributors in achieving business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years' sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
