We are looking for a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth within the North Rift region through strong account management, effective retail execution, and close collaboration with the regional distributors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans Ensure effective retail coverage.
Monitor and grow secondary sales performance. Enforce pricing compliance and track market activities.
Uphold high standards of in-store execution (visibility & merchandising).
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
4-8 years FMCG sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of retail environment in the North Rift.
Excellent relationship management skills.
High execution and results driven.
