Description
Plan, organise & monitor the sales process within the framework of the MAN Head Office guidelines.
Prepare the UPL with Head of Truck Sales, discuss sales targets within the framework of the UP/RVP.
Prepare planned & actual sales targets & results of sales staff.
Identify areas of concern in sales and compile workable plans.
Prepare action plans in the event of any deviations from the original sales plan.
Manage & support sales staff & affiliated dealers (supervise quality of customer support).
Monitor & improve sales staff performance via regular performance review sessions as per agreed KPIs.
Support sales staff with customer acquisition.
Prepare proposals and determine the sales strategy in coordination with the Head of Truck Sales.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or associate's with experience in the field.
Experience:
Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - 10 years.
