Interested candidates should a Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience successfully leading a security team in a guard services / physical security company or have 5 years of experience as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisoreither in the military, police, or paramilitary.
