Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field with at least 7 years of experience successfully leading a security team in a guard services/physical security company, or have 7 years of experience as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisoreither in the military, police, or paramilitary.
