Our client is seeking a Regional Talent Associate to support recruitment, project staffing, talent operations, and performance management across a dynamic, fast-growing organisation. Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviews, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination.
Assist with project staffing, resource allocation, and talent reporting across the region.
Coordinate performance review processes and maintain accurate talent data and HR records.
Contribute to talent initiatives, process improvements, and workforce planning activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years experience in talent acquisition, international recruitment, HR, talent operations, or staffing.
Experience within consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced project environment is advantageous.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; HRIS experience is beneficial.
