Job Description
The purpose of this role is monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to drive continuous growth and success. Regular communication with senior management is essential to report on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the region.
Tasked to ensure teams are aligned with the broader company strategies and that regional initiatives are in sync with company-wide goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on regional performance to senior management on a daily, weekly, Ad-hoc & monthly reports on individual KPIs.
Ensure that all regional operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor market trends and customer needs within the region, providing feedback to product or service development teams.
Ensure all agents' queries within the territory are attended to maximum satisfaction.
Track team performance metrics, ensuring that targets and goals are met or exceeded.
Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Act as the main point of contact between the regional teams, back office & senior management.
Monitor market trends and customer needs within the region, providing feedback to product or service development teams.
Any other analytical and administration duty assigned by the line manager from time to time
Principal Outputs for this role
Prepare and deliver regular reports and insights on territorial, zonal & cluster performance to senior management on a daily, weekly, Ad-hoc & monthly reports on individual KPIs.
Cascade of reports and information to both zonal and cluster level.
Monitor regional consumer demands and market trends, and give input to teams working on service or product development.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Analytics / Mathematics
1 year experience in Sales environment and Analysis / Reporting skills.
