Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing nursing assessments
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
Valid nursing license from the Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks
