Job Summary
Harvest Feeds and Agro Processing Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to manage healthcare services within our industrial environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff through effective medical care, emergency response, and occupational health practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid, emergency care, and basic medical treatment to staff
Conduct routine health checks and medical screenings for employees
Manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health conditions
Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and health service providers when necessary
Support management on health-related policies and training programs
Requirements
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
3 - 5 years' experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or factory setting
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures
Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and professionally
Good record-keeping and reporting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably a Male

Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or First Aid
