Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the attending clinician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment, and health promotion.
Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control standards.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality healthcare services.
Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics at all times.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) with a valid practicing license.
At least Two (2) years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality patient care.
