Academic Qualifications
A Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university is mandatory.
A PhD in a related field is often an added advantage.
Must have attended a senior management course lasting at least four (4) weeks at a recognized institution (for senior-level appointments).
Proffessional Experience
At least 10 years of relevant administrative experience in a university or higher education institution, 5 of which must be at a senior management level (e.g., Deputy Registrar or equivalent).
Proven experience in academic administration, including management of admissions, examinations, student records, curriculum development, and graduation processes.
Demonstrated understanding of university policies, academic regulations, and quality assurance processes.
