Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in Social Sciences, Education, Arts, Humanities, or related fields with at least eighteen (18) years post-qualification cognate experience; Or a Masters Degree with at least fifteen (15) years cognate experience; Or a Ph.D. with at least twelve (12) years cognate experience.
