Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Abuja.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include managing client portfolios, enhancing customer satisfaction, offering financial advice, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.
The role also involves cross-selling banking products, deposit mobilization and identifying good credit oportunities.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Skilled in marketing and sales, cross-selling strategies, ability to mobilize deposits and identify good credit opportunities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-service mindset
Proficiency in account management and ability to handle customer portfolios
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and results-driven environment
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
