Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote various loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.)
Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, social media, in-person events, and partnerships
Create, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects from interest to application
Maintain and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices are followed
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments
Build relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents, dealerships, or financial advisors
Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards
Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and present findings to management
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve messaging and campaign performance

Person Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to understand client needs & financial objectives
Understanding of the financial sector
Experience in selling to all classes of client's traders, low-salary earners, and corporate organizations
Report writing and documentation skills
Excellent marketing and business development skills
Experience in the financial sector of microlending is an added advantage.
