Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and advisory support.
Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and increase revenue.
Market the organization's products and services to prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Promote investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and discretionary mandates.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Prepare and submit regular reports on client portfolio performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant and progressive experience.
Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
Strong business ethics.
