Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with Chinese businesses and networks
Acquire new clients and grow the existing client portfolio
Grow business in deposits, trade finance, remittances, guarantees, and foreign exchange income
Achieve targets in assets, liabilities, and non-funded income
Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Chinese associations
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and advisory needs
Provide high-quality customer service across all client interactions
Develop external networks within the Chinese business ecosystem
Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
Support smooth client onboarding and transaction processing
Build strong internal relationships across departments
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory
Experience in banking, sales, or relationship management is an added advantage
Understanding of trade finance and corporate banking products is desirable
Strong relationship management skills
Business development skills
