Relationship Officer – Boda-Boda Loans (Sales & Collections) at Phoenix Capital

Are you passionate about working with boda-boda riders and driving financial inclusion? We're looking for a proactive Relationship Officer to handle both loan sales and repayment collections within the boda-boda sector.

Key Responsibilities


Prospect and onboard boda-boda riders through field visits & stage activations
Explain loan products and support clients through the application process
Monitor daily/weekly repayments and manage loan arrears
Conduct field follow-ups, negotiate repayment plans & reduce delinquency
Build strong relationships with clients, stage leaders & guarantors
Provide customer education on loan terms, financial discipline & credit health


What We're Looking For


Experience in microfinance, asset/boda-boda financing, or field sales
Strong negotiation & customer relationship skills
Ability to work in the field daily
Good communicator with a passion for customer service
Knowledge of boda-boda operations in Kenya is a BIG plus
