Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Match client financial needs with appropriate loan products and services.
Drive repeat borrowing and cross-selling of company products.
Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits of good credit history.
Monitor client businesses and align repayments with cash flow cycles.
Follow up on repayments and ensure timely collections.
Manage delinquent accounts and pursue recovery until full settlement.
Assess borrower capacity to determine appropriate loan size and terms.
Collect customer feedback and support service and product improvement.
Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high service standards.
Build long-term client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in microfinance, sales, credit, or relationship management.
Good understanding of loan products and repayment management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in the field and meet performance targets.
High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and report writing ability.
