Job Summary
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting the organization's financial products and services, and driving customer acquisition to support business growth and revenue targets.
Major Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote the bank's products and services to meet customer financial needs.
Identify and acquire new clients to grow the customer base.
Provide professional advice on financial products such as savings, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions.
Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
1 - 3 years' experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (an added advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good marketing and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
Professional appearance and attitude.
