Relationship Officers - Kamakis at Fincorp Credit Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Drive quality loan/business acquisition in line with Fincorp's credit policies.
Conduct market visits and customer activations to generate new business.
Follow up on leads, applications and customer relationships.
Support loan portfolio quality through effective customer follow-up.
Work closely with the Branch Manager and other teams to achieve branch objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


A relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in sales, relationship management, microfinance, banking, SACCOS or credit/lending will be an advantage.
Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A strong understanding of the local market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated personality.
