Job Summary
Riset Software & Systems LTD is looking for a proactive and reliable Onsite Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onsite technical support, system installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer assistance for our software and hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
Assist clients with system setup and user support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Conduct routine maintenance and system checks
Train users on system operations where necessary
Prepare technical reports and updates
Ensure excellent customer service and communication with clients
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and software support
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in technical support or field work is an added advantage
