Our client is a leading renewable energy provider in Nigeria that offers a variety of turnkey renewable energy solutions targeted at mitigating the rising cost of power. And due to expansion, they need to recruit Renewable Energy Sales Executive / Business Development Manager.
Location: Lagos & Abuja
Job Responsibilities
Drive sales of the company\'s solar and renewable energy products and solutions.
Identify and develop new customers and markets.
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for solar projects.
Conduct site visits, basic load assessments, and client presentations.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance reports.
Represent John Holt at industry events, meetings, and client engagements.
Job Requirements
HND / BSc Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of sales experience (solar / renewable energy preferred).
Strong understanding of solar PV systems and hybrid solutions.
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
