About the Role
We are currently looking for a smart, professional, results-driven rent executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and letting residential and/or commercial properties on behalf of the company and its landlords. The role focuses on generating rental leads, conducting inspections, managing the tenant onboarding process, and ensuring high occupancy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Source and list new rental properties, conduct inspections, capture quality marketing content, and advertise across approved online and offline channels to generate leads
Respond to rental enquiries, schedule and conduct professional viewings, and highlight key property features to convert prospects into interested tenants
Pre-screen prospective tenants in line with company policy, support negotiation of rental terms between landlords and tenants, and assist with offer letters and basic documentation
Liaise with internal teams to prepare and complete all tenancy documentation, coordinate smooth move-ins, and maintain accurate records of listings, enquiries, viewings, offers, and closed deals in the company's CRM
Monitor market trends and rental prices to advise on competitive pricing, provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, promptly escalate issues, and meet agreed monthly and quarterly targets for listings, viewings, and closed rentals

Oualifications
BSC. in Marketing Business Administration or similar
Experience closing real estate transactions
2 Years of real estate experience or strong understanding of real estate processes
Valid driver's license and familiarity with Lagos routes is an added advantage

Number and quality of new rental listings secured monthly.
Number of qualified leads generated and property viewings conducted.
