As a Rental Agent at IGrow, you can focus on what you do best — closing deals and earning commission. You won't need to source your own properties or tenants; we provide you with the stock and tenant leads.
We offer a basic salary plus a lucrative commission structure, giving ambitious individuals the opportunity to significantly increase their earning potential.


Minimum requirements (Advantageous):


Grade 12/Matric.
NQF4 Real Estate with a FFC certificate.
Minimum 2-3 years rental experience.
Well-organised and deadline-driven.
Computer literate.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Own transport and valid driver's licence.
Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.


Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:


Liaising with tenants and owners.
Qualifying and vetting tenants.
Procurement and placement of qualified tenants.
Marketing rental stock.
Inspections of residential properties.
Meeting clients at pre-determined times to show them the developments available for rent.
Following up with those clients by telephone the next day and convert them to successful placements.
Ad hoc duties may be required at times in the rental department.
