Phase 1: The Training Program (Months 1 - 12)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding and training program to build your skills in our corporate services, internal systems, and operational methodologies. Following this, you will be given clear, measurable assignments that contribute directly to our branch operations, allowing you to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
Phase 2: The Goal — Your Permanent Destination Role
The entire program is designed to prepare you to transition seamlessly into a full-time position within one of these three streams:

Destination Role: Fleet Administrator * The Mission: Keep our critical service network moving smoothly by mastering logistics, resource coordination, and asset management
Key Responsibilities:
Managing vehicle schedules and maintenance tracking; optimizing routes for field technicians; maintaining accurate regional inventory and dispatch data; and ensuring complete compliance with local transport regulations.

Skills: Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and tracking metrics.
Asset (Preferred): A background or coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.
