Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Sphere Project Endline Evaluation at Catholic Relief Services (CRS)

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) invites applications from qualified consulting firms and consultants for the Sphere Project Endline Evaluation in Wurno & Wamakko - Sokoto and Koko-Besse LGA - Kebbi States. The purpose of the Endline is to establish the initial values against which to assess the contribution of project SPHERE towards ensuring the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP), returnees, and host communities in Wamako, Wurno and koko besse LGA improve their lives with respect and dignity and to recovery from the activities of bandits, kidnappers and flood that ravaged communities. Interested consultants should possess a Post graduate qualification in Development Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Sociology, International Development or a related field.
