We are seeking an analytical, proactive professional to drive market intelligence, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights in the FMCG industry. You will conduct research, analyze trends, support distributor network growth, and collaborate across departments to enhance products, operations, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform market research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring in the FMCG/beverage sector
Collect and analyze data on consumer preferences, pricing, distribution, and market penetration
Identify, evaluate, and map potential distributors, sales partners, and new market opportunities through field surveys
Conduct vendor/supplier research to support procurement and production efficiency
Build and maintain databases for distributors, market intelligence, and survey data
Identify opportunities for product enhancement, packaging, and positioning improvements.
Collaborate with Production, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present research reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
Proven experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing
Strong knowledge of data collection methods, surveys, and statistical analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Experience in market mapping, vendor research, and building distributor networks
