About the Role
They are seeking for a motivated and passionate Entry-Level Reservation Executive.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have completed training in Ticketing/GDS and are eager to build a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle flight reservations and ticket bookings.
Assist with ticket revalidation, reissuance, and cancellations.
Respond to customer travel inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and travel advisory support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Fresh graduate with training in Ticketing/GDS.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
