Collection Development Limited (CDL) is recruiting to fill the position of: Resident Manager. The position is located in Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably managing a large residential facility, student hostel, estate, university accommodation or similar property.
