Position Overview
The Resort Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across guest services, food & beverage, and recreational facilities. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, maintains high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Supervise front desk operations, handle guest concerns, and ensure personalized service.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate staff, schedule shifts, and conduct training sessions.
Operations Oversight: Monitor, maintenance, and food service to maintain quality standards.
Financial Control: Assist in budgeting, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of special events, conferences, and recreational activities.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2 - 5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or resort operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of property management systems and hospitality software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
