We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant/Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
Drive revenue growth and manage profitability, including budgeting and cost control
Lead, train, and supervise management and frontline staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to inform decision-making
Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues professionally
Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase patronage
Requirements
Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Proven track record of managing profitable restaurant operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
High level of professionalism and customer focus
